Cycling Classes are held in the Cycling Room on the 1st floor of the Windber Community Building. 


Bungee Classes are held on the 2nd floor of the Windber Community Building. Follow the stairs in the lobby.

Walk-ins are MORE THAN welcome to attend a class, however, signing up for class through Vagaro is highly recommended. If you do not have access to Vagaro, please do not hesitate to call (814) 467-6696 to reserve a spot in class!  

 


Cycling Classes and Aerobics Classes are $5.00.


Bungee Classes are $10.00.
 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to class start time without penalty. Cancellations or No Shows made less than 24 hours before class start time will not be eligible for a refund. 


If you are new to class, please arrive 20 minutes prior to class to get set up properly on the equipment and to get a quick instruction on the class!

CYC FITNESS with Lisa


Lisa has been teaching cycling at the Windber Community Building for the past 6 years. She is very passionate about cycling and fitness in general. Reach out to her for all health and wellness needs!

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm and Sunday at 9:30am. Please bring water and a towel! Please make sure to reserve a bike using the "signup" button below to guarantee yourself a bike!

Pedal to the Metal CYCLE with Brian

Hello! My name is Brian Reighard. I'm local to Windber and am currently serving in my 17th year in the Army National Guard. I completed my online cycling certification early 2021 and have been participating in spin for close to a year.

I've held numerous physical fitness oriented positions during my time in the military and have helped countless Soldiers meet their fitness goals! I'm a marathon runner, trail runner, and you can find me in the gym multiple days a week. Fitness is a huge part of my life and I'm motivated and dedicated to help those who want to improve themselves in all aspects of fitness. Come enjoy an incredible workout where you can sing at the top of your lungs (and won't be judged!!) and sweat like you never
have before!

My name is Logan Paxton. am a 2016 graduate from Somerset high school. I Completed my Personal training certification through ISSA In the spring of 2020 following a 5 year passion for personal fitness and weightlifting. I realized with hard work and dedication you can achieve your fitness goals and the body you desire. There is true satisfaction when seeing the results of your dedication. 

 

I would like to share my knowledge and years of experience to help others achieve similar goals.I have also found that weight lifting and physical fitness have contributed to a positive mental attitude awell a phenomenal stress and anxiety reliever. During extremely stressful times I have found that working out has helped immensely by releasing natural chemicals in my brain and giving me a feeling of peace and solitude.


This high intensity interval training class contains three circuits with four stations each along with a session of Cycling. Each station is designed specifically to target a different group of muscles, leaving you with a complete workout at the end. All fitness levels are welcome!

Hi everyone! My name is Alexis Lohr and I’m a Johnstown native, I graduated from Conemaugh Township high school in 2014. I’m currently finishing my degree at Duquesne University and will graduate this May with my Doctorate of Pharmacy! It wasn’t until a little over 2 years ago that I truly found my passion for fitness. As a future healthcare professional, I want to help others reach their fitness goals through indoor cycling and be a role model to my patients.
